Chicken Paprikish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up chicken
1 chopped onion
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Brown onion and celery in oleo until tender.
Add salt, paprika and pepper.
Add chicken and brown about 10 minutes. Cover with water and cook 45 minutes.
Make paste of sour cream and flour.
Add and stir until it comes to a boil.
Serves 4 to 6.
