Low-Fat Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 chicken breasts, slice into 3 or 4 strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. green bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos
    10 ripe olives, sliced
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chicken and oil in a large skillet.
    When chicken is almost done, add all vegetables.
    Stir and cook until vegetables are cooked but still crisp.
    Add 1 cup water, salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Serves 6.
