Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. uncooked regular rice
    2 c. boiling water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. golden raisins
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. white wine (optional)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine and saute rice until lightly browned, stirring often.
    Add wine, salt, water, bouillon cubes and raisins to rice.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cook 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender and dry.
