Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, crusts removed
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c.milk
    1 lb. bulk sausage
Preparation
    Lightly butter casserole dish; add cubed bread.
    Sprinkle browned and drained sausage over bread.
    Mix all other ingredients, except cheese, until smooth.
    Pour over bread/meat mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight (or freezes nicely).
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
