Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar (can use brown sugar)
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease pie plate (9 x 1 1/4-inch or 10 x 1 1/2-inch).
Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute in blender on high speed or 2 minutes with hand mixer.
Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
