Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, scrubbed and cut into long wedges (quartered)
    1/2 c oil
    paprika
    garlic salt
    parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Pour oil in 9 x 13 baking dish.
    Place prepared potatoes in pan and turn to coat with oil.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt, paprika, and parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375 for 1 hour 15 minutes. Serves 6.
