Polynesian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked long grain rice
1 1/2 c. cooked wild rice
1 1/2 c. cooked, cubed chicken or turkey
1/2 c. pineapple chunks
1/2 c. halved seedless green grapes
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1/4 c. coarsely chopped salted cashews
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. chopped chutney
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Combine in a large bowl the rice, chicken or turkey, pineapple, grapes and water chestnuts.
Add cashews.
