Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small or 1 large pkg. orange gelatin
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 can mandarin oranges
2 1/2 c. hot water
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Put in refrigerator until syrupy. Whip until fluffy. Beat sherbet into mixture; beat well. Fold in whipped cream and oranges. Pour into mold and refrigerate.
