Diet Strawberry Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) low-fat evaporated milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    24 packets Equal sweetener
    2 c. finely chopped strawberries, drained
Preparation
    Pour milk in a mixing bowl and freeze until ice forms around the edges.
    Whip with mixer until fluffy and peaks form when the beaters are taken out.
    Fold in lemon juice.
    Mix well.
    Add strawberries and sweetener.
    Fold in and pour in a lightly buttered 9-inch pie pan.
    Freeze until firm.
