Turkey Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 lb. fresh ground turkey breast
    2 tsp. safflower or canola oil
    3/4 c. chopped green onions
    1//2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    2/3 tsp. ground cumin
    pepper to taste
    2 pkg. Hi-Energy Tomato Soup Supplements
    1 c. water (add more water, if necessary)
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add onions; saute 5 minutes.
    Add turkey; cook, stirring 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer half an hour.
