Chocolate Pots De Creme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, shaved
3 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
5 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Melt chocolate in milk over low heat.
Add sugar and salt; cook until choocolate is completley melted.
Remove from heat. Add egg yolks gradually, stirring.
Cook over very low heat until pudding thickens, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour into custard cups or serving dishes.
Chill until set.
Serve with cream or whipped cream.
