Sweet Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 stick soft oleo
2 eggs
7 c. flour
1 1/2 c. warm milk
Preparation

Place yeast, warm water and 1/2 teaspoon sugar in a bowl.
Let set until bubbly, about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl or pan, add 1/2 cup sugar, salt and oleo.
Pour over all this 1 1/2 cups warm milk and blend well.
Add eggs and yeast mixture.
Stir well.
Add half of flour.
Beat smooth.
Add rest of flour, cup at a time until it's smooth and have soft dough.
Knead until smooth elastic like.
Place dough in a greased bowl, turning dough grease side up. Cover and let rise until dough doubles in size in warm place. Punch down, then let rise again.
