Parmesan Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. dried basil or 1 Tbsp. fresh basil
    1/2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Remove stems from tomatoes and slice in half crosswise. Place, cut side up, in a small baking dish.
    Combine all other ingredients.
    Sprinkle over tops of tomatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings.
