Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. salad oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    4 c. Raisin Bran cereal
    4 beaten eggs
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix well and store in refrigerator in airtight container.
    Do not stir before using.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Keeps well.
    Use as needed.
