Won'T Stay Around Long Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt, plus 1 tsp. soda
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice (don't drain)
    2 c. ripe smashed bananas
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Make a large hole in middle. Add eggs and remaining ingredients.
    Mix by hand; do not beat.
    Grease and flour
    a large tube pan or 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Top will crack open and color will be brown when done.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cream cheese icing.
