Sweet Potato Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut in small pieces.
    Cook until tender. Add nutmeg, vanilla and sugar.
    Put 1 stick margarine in baking dish and melt in oven.
    Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 cup self-rising flour.
    Add milk to form a loose batter.
    Pour batter over melted butter.
    Put potatoes on top of batter.
    Bake until brown on top in 400\u00b0 oven.
