Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    juice of 1 lemon
    rind of 2 lemons
    3 Tbsp. hot water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until light.
    Add lemon juice and grated rind, hot water, 1/4 cup sugar and flour.
    Put flour and salt in sugar. Cook in double boiler until slightly thickened.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar; fold into cooked mixture.
    Beat egg whites before cooking custard.
    Put in cooked pie shell and brown at 325\u00b0.
