Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. salted nuts
    3 1/4 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Cream butter and brown sugar together in a large bowl.
    Add nuts and popcorn; mix well.
    Spread on an ungreased pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch).
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven about 15 minutes.
