Chicken Enchilada Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cooked chickens, boned and cut up
    1 pkg. tortillas (12, flour or corn can be used)
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can ripe green olives (15 oz. can)
    6 green onions, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut tortillas into quarters and layer on bottom of greased casserole bowl.
    Arrange a layer of chicken, olives, chiles, onions and cheese.
    Repeat a layer.
    Mix soups and pour over top. Allow to soak through.
    Top with more cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
