Hash Browns And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed corn flake crumbs (or less)
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Slightly thaw potatoes and combine 1/2 cup melted butter, salt and pepper.
    Add onion, soup, sour cream and cheese, blending thoroughly.
    Pour into buttered casserole (3 quart).
    Mix corn flake crumbs with 1/4 melted butter and sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
