Dirt Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
1 large pkg. Oreo cookies (1 1/4 lb.)
3 1/2 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 cube butter
