Ooey Googy Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. rolled oats
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    5 Tbsp. milk
    2 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, oats, baking soda and melted butter. (If you substitute margarine for butter, use 2 tablespoons less.) Press 2/3 mixture onto bottom of 15 x 10 x 1-inch cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
