Snowball Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes Knox gelatine
4 Tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice (add water to make 1 c.)
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. lemon juice (1 large lemon)
2 pkg. whipped Dream Whip or Cool Whip (8 to 10 oz.)
1 large angel food cake, broken in small pieces

Preparation

Dissolve gelatine in cold water.
Add boiling water, pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Mix together and refrigerate.
