Sausage Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 c. bread cubes
4 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 lb. sausage (bulk pork sausage)
3 c. milk
10 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix cheese, bread and flour. Add cooked and drained sausage. Put in large casserole dish. Beat eggs. Add milk, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over ingredients in casserole. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set in middle. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Serves 10 to 12.
