Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine or butter, melted
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks margarine, softened at room temperature
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
2 to 3 bananas
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 jar cherries
pecans (if desired)
Preparation

Press melted margarine and graham cracker crumbs into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add eggs, softened margarine and powdered sugar into bowl.
Beat for 10 minutes, until smooth.
Pour over crust.
Slice bananas; add to top of mixture.
Top with pineapple, Cool Whip, pecans and diced cherries.
