Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 1/2 c. plain flour (approximately)
Preparation

In a warm bowl, add the warm water, yeast, salt, sugar, oil and slightly beaten egg.
Add enough flour to make dough consistency in texture (firm enough to handle, but not too firm). Let rise, then knead down and roll out like a biscuit into muffin tins.
