Grilled Roast Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. round or chuck roast, 2 inches thick
1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Start grill fire two hours in advance; less on electric grill. Set grill 5-inches from heat.
Grill 30 minutes on each side.
