Tomato And Zucchini Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 crepes made from any basic recipe
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. zucchini, sliced
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, bring tomatoes, onion and seasonings to a boil. Add zucchini and continue to cook on medium heat until crisp-tender.
    Combine cornstarch with 2 tablespoons tomato mixture and add to skillet.
    Stir and cook until well thickened.
