Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
1 large sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip (16 calories per serving)
coconut
2 c. 2% milk
Preparation

Beat milk and pudding 1 minute.
Add Cool Whip; stir gently. Sprinkle coconut on bottom of crushed crackers.
Pour pudding mix on top of coconut.
Sprinkle more coconut on top of pie.
Chill, then serve.
