Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    2 c. cauliflower, sliced in pieces
    3/4 c. carrots, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. green pepper, sliced in pieces
    3 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. cashews or peanuts
Preparation
    Combine oil, garlic, onion and mushrooms in a microwave casserole dish.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
    Stir in cauliflower, carrots and green pepper; cover with lid.
    Microwave for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes; stir once.
    Combine teriyaki sauce and cornstarch in 1-cup measuring glass.
    Drain juices from vegetables into cup and mix well.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes; stir once.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Toss lightly.
