Cheesecake Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

ladyfingers (pound or angel food cake may be substituted)
2 pkg. Jell-O cheese cake mix
3 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 can pie filling
Preparation

Line a spring-form pan with ladyfingers on bottom and sides. Ladyfingers lining the sides of the pan should be snipped off on bottom end so that flat edge rests against the bottom cake layer. Mix cheese cake mix with milk.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into lined pan.
Chill well.
Remove sides of pan and top with pie filling.
