Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. light Karo syrup
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. raw peanuts
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    In saucepan, mix sugar, Karo syrup, water, oil, and cook over medium heat until syrup gets thready when you pick up spoon, then add peanuts.
    Cook until roasted to your taste, then add the baking soda.
    Quickly pour into a greased baking pan.
