Double Peppered Chicken(Hot And Spicy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. paprika
    1/4 c. ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. rubbed sage
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 lb. assorted chicken pieces
Preparation
    In a small bowl, stir first 9 ingredients until well combined. With hands, spread 1/2 cup of mixture evenly over chicken.
    Place chicken into remaining seasoning mixture.
    Close tightly. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
    Then grill, bake or broil.
