Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 baking apples
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. brown sugar per apple
1/2 tsp. butter per apple
1/4 c. raisins per apple
dash of cinnamon per apple
1/3 c. cream per apple
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Wash and dry apples.
Core each apple. Pare off upper fourth of apple skin.
Place apples in baking dish. Measure out sugar, butter and raisins.
Place in center of apple. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Fill dish with 1/2 cup water.
Bake, uncovered, until tender, approximately 45 minutes.
Spoon syrup from pan bottom over apples several times while baking.
Serve warm.
Pour 1/3 cup cream into each dish.
