Bean Dip(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. diced green chilies
    1/4 c. unsalted tomato chips
    4 green onions, chopped
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can (30 oz.) vegetarian refried beans
Preparation
    Combine chilies, tomato sauce and onions and seasonings in a saucepan and cook until onions are tender.
    Add beans and simmer until warmed through.
    Serve either hot or cold.
    Makes about 4 cups.
