Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

In a small saucepan, melt margarine.
Stir in sugar and corn syrup.
Bring to boil.
Cook until sugar dissolves (about 1 minute).
Stir constantly.
Stir in ice cream.
Return to boil. Serve over ice cream or pound cake.
