Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 or 2 c. pork, cut up small
1 c. diced celery
3 slices fried bacon, cut up small
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. warm water
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 c. small mushrooms
2 large onions, diced
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Fry bacon and remove from pan to drain.
Brown pork in bacon fat.
Add vegetables, bacon, salt and pepper.
Combine sugar and cornstarch with water and pour over meat.
Cook for 1/2 hour, then add Worcestershire sauce.
