1St Prize Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. flour
3 to 4 c. coarsely chopped apples with peel on
1/2 to 1 c. nuts

Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes in loaf pan.
Ice while hot with powdered sugar.
This cake won first prize at Hancock County Fair. My sister lived in that county before residing in California.
