Ingredients

6 eggs
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
brown sugar (to serve)
Preparation

Beat eggs until foamy.
Add milk and other ingredients and beat until smooth.
Fry in butter in a large, heavy frying pan. (Pour in batter and roll pan until it reaches to size of the pan, very thin.)
Turn once.
Fold in halves or fourths; add butter and brown sugar and roll.
Add more milk or a little cream, if necessary, so batter is liquid enough to roll around in pan to proper size.
