Minty-Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 c. (6 oz.) mint chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring first 4 ingredients to boil in a medium saucepan. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour into jar(s). Cover tightly and refrigerate.
