Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
10 to 12 flour tortillas
grated cheese
Preparation

Break chicken into bite size pieces.
Stir sour cream and soup together until blended.
Stir in chicken.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray.
Roll chicken mixture into tortillas and lay side by side until pan is full.
Spread the remaining chicken mixture over the tortillas until they're all moist.
Spread plenty of grated cheese over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 335\u00b0.
