Chicken-Rice Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. fryer chicken, cut into pieces
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms (undrained)
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Flour chicken pieces
    and
    brown in oil.
    Combine rice, salt and pepper\tin
    a
    greased 2-quart casserole and sprinkle with onion.
    Add
    mushrooms and juice.
    Arrange chicken on top of rice; add
    bouillon
    dissolved
    in boiling water.
    Dot with butter. Cover and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for one hour. Yield:
    6 servings.
