Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or oleo
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
4 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
6 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemons
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine butter, powdered sugar, 2 cups flour and salt.
Mix well with pastry blender until mixture is well blended.
Pat evenly into 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Beat eggs slightly.
Stir in granulated sugar,
flour, lemon juice and grated lemon rind.
Mix well and spread over baked crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sift powdered sugar over top.
Let cool.
Cut into squares while hot.
