Paprika Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. boneless chicken breasts
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1 can chicken broth (1 c.)
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 to 2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. flour
    rice or noodles (to serve with)
Preparation
    Chop onion and saute in margarine until soft.
    Add chicken and simmer for 1/2 hour.
    Remove chicken from pan and add flour and salt until all lumps are gone.
    Add the broth, stirring at all times.
    Cook until it thickens.
    Add paprika and sour cream. Stir.
    Add chicken and spoon sauce over all.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Makes 6 servings.
