Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour.
Mix the rest of the ingredients. (Dough should be firm, not dry.)
Add extra water by tablespoons if mixture is too dry.
