Rose'S Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 to 2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter; add brown sugar.
Cook on low heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
Add milk and continue stirring until mixture begins to boil.
Remove from heat, cool until mix begins to thicken; then add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Very good on Black Walnut Cake.
