Pork Chop And Vegetable Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
2 medium onions, cut into rings
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 medium potatoes, sliced
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 small green pepper, stripped
Preparation

Trim fat from chops.
In a 12-inch skillet, cook chops over medium-high heat in hot oil, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Remove chops.
Add onions to skillet; cook until tender.
Drain fat, if necessary.
Add undrained tomatoes, water, paprika, garlic salt and caraway seed.
Return chops to skillet.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Add potatoes and green pepper. Cover.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until pork and potatoes are tender.
Serve immediately.
