Mexican Chip Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 8 oz. pkg. light cream cheese, softened
    1 10-12 oz. can chili, no beans
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, or both)
    1 sliced green onion
    1 bag tortilla chips
Preparation
    Spread cream cheese over bottom of glass pie dish or square pyrex dish.
    Then layer chili and cheese.
    Microwave 4-5 minutes until hot and bubbly.
    Sprinkle with green onion and dollops of sour cream if desired.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
