Zucchini Casserole With Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. unpeeled zucchini, sliced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 c. toasted croutons
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. shredded cheese
    2 Tbsp. raw rice
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Boil zucchini in 1 1/2 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Saute onion and green pepper in oil.
    Brown beef in skillet. Drain zucchini and mix with 1/2 teaspoon salt and rest of ingredients, except half of the grated cheese to save for top of casserole. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
