Rocky Road Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 Tbsp. soft butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. cut up marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) chocolate chips
Preparation

Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
Add sugar, egg, butter and vanilla.
Beat smooth and stir in nuts.
Put in greased 9-inch baking pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until top is lightly brown and springs back.
Remove from oven and arrange marshmallows, nuts and chocolate chips on top.
Put back in oven until chocolate has melted.
Swirl over marshmallows.
Cool until chocolate has set. Cut into squares.
